Change impacts enterprises at all levels–the individual, the team, the department, and the overall organization. There are ways in which the dynamics of change, at each of these levels, can be predicted, and hence the process can be led and managed all the while ensuring a culture of accountability.
This session will expose participants to a change approach that will increase these chances of successes. Attendees will learn:
- How leadership can reduce the negative effects change often has on organizational performance
- How leadership can shorten the elapsed time to reach an effective transition
- How to overcome the common trapdoors and barriers to change
- Build a tactical plan for leading and managing the change by studying a real life organizational culture change case scenario
