Sunday / Monday
What makes someone a top performer or effective leader? Explore the area of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and its significance in predicting success at work. EI is extremely important for the anticipated leadership shortage and for the development of millennials as they assume those roles. EI can be defined as interrelated social and emotional competencies that determine how effectively we understand and express ourselves, understand and relate to others, and cope with daily demands. EI helps us be less reactive, more inclusive, more creative, and more resilient, and it enables us to enroll others in a shared vision.
Emotional Intelligence will be discussed in detail. Learn what instruments are available to measure its possible uses for the training and development of our future leaders.
Learning Objectives
