However, the most effective leaders do something more: they drive positive behavior and results even when they are away. Conspicuous leadership is about establishing a presence that remains effective even when you’re not there.
This workshop will review a handful of conspicuous leadership traits garnered from Jeff’s research and experience, to be included in his upcoming book, Conspicuous Leadership.
