Top Performer: A Bold Approach To Sales and Service
Carr Hagerman
Ontend Creative Partners
Sunday
Carr Hagerman, author, film-maker and long-time street performer will introduce participants to the language of natural energy. Drawing on over three decades of performance experience, he will demonstrate how to use the skills, creative innovation, and flexibility of a street performer to build more energy and enthusiasm into any training program, and show how it can infuse new energy into any service organization.
Carr will be introducing “Top Performer,” an exciting brand-new documentary-style training video that highlights these unique and provocative ideas. Shot in the style of the famous Fish! video (Carr has spoken on Fish! globally), it is sure to spark conversation and imagination.
Here is what you can expect in this “never the same twice” presentation!
-
Claim your pitch. Like the street performer, the more you claim what you do for a living, the greater your performance.
-
Build your circle. The key to life is contact. We have to move beyond gags, gimmicks, scripts and routines to authentically connect to our audience customer.
-
Juice the jam. The best street performers learn to see everything that happens around them as material for a great performance. Problems and breakdowns become a source of energy and inspiration.
-
Pass the hat. Every performance naturally leads to great feedback, a great performances…and great tips!
“Top Performer” isn’t a step-by-step program for training success; rather, it is a way of recognizing and generating new energy through authentic connection and engagement.
In addition to writing and producing, Carr has over a decade of experience in restaurant management and new store training.
