Primary Focus
The Communication Champion workshop focuses on creating communication skills within all levels of an organization with the intent of moving the organization towards its strategic objectives.
Key Lessons
The workshop begins with a foundational model that challenges each participant’s communication practices. The workshop then identifies how the 5 W’s of communication affect their results. The focus turns to communication pitfalls, and how to avoid communication errors while achieving communication synergy. Finally, sound practices of a true Communication Champion are reviewed while participants develop their own personal communication plans.
